DIBUJAR Y PINTAR - Un continuo "work in progress"
El dibujo me ha acompañado hasta el día de hoy, brindándome oportunidades. Poder estar en casa y disponer de tiempo e inspiración para crear es todo un lujo. Os animo a buscar esa misma sensación en lo que más os guste, y así haceros la vida más fácil estos días.

PAINTING AND DRAWING - A never ending work in progress
Drawing has been until today, always next to me, bringing new opportunities. Being at home and having the time and the inspiration to create is quite a luxury. I would like to encourage you to look for this same feeling with whatever you enjoy the most.

Si algo me enseñó Bobby (en la distancia) fue a proyectar la idea de Laser a nuestra ciudad BCN, igual que ellos lo hacen en LA y SF.
Me he pasado media vida en la calle, ya sea pintando, patinando, de conciertos o jugando a baloncesto y eso es me ha dado herramientas para dar forma a este proyecto desde el principio. Parece que fue Laser quien me escogió a mí y no al revés.
This is not a t-shirt es un libro que recoge todas esas experiencias ligadas a la cultura urbana de un chico normal que consigue realizar su sueño. Podéis encontrarlo online y será un buen aliado para estas semanas que quedan de cuarentena.
READING BOBBY HUNDREDS " This is not a t-shirt"
If there is something Bobby teached me (in the distance) was to project the idea of Laser in our city BCN, as they did in LA and SF.
I spent half my life in the streets, painting, skateboarding, in concerts or playing basketball. All these give me the tools to shape this project.
It seems like it was Laser who chose me and not the other way around.
This is not a t-shirt is a book that puts together all the experiences that relate to this urban culture from a regular guy who made his dreams come true. You can find the book online and it might be a good ally for these weeks.
WATER & MUSIC - Self discovery for social survival
Tenía seguramente 14 anos cuando sentí la llamada del mar. Luego vino el skate y el graffiti. Con esta película, el bueno de Jonas Mekas (poeat y cineasta) dejó uno de sus últimos testimonios. La música Allah las y Conan Mockasin entre otros, son la banda sonora de una película que combina la música y el surf. Ha sido una fuente interminable de inspiración para nuestra nueva campana para verano de 2021 en la que estamos trabajando.

I was probably around 14 years old when I heard the call of the sea, then the skateboarding came and the graffiti. With this movie, Jonas Mekas (poet and cinema director) left one of his last testimonies. The music of Allah las y Conan Mockasin between others, are the soundtrack of An endless source of inspiration for our 2021 summer campaign we are working on.
COCINAR Y COMER BIEN
Somos lo que comemos, fue algo que puse en práctica cuando vine a estudiar hace 15 años a Barcelona. Desde entonces ha sido un descubrimiento continuo de como cocinar todo aquello que mi madre/padre me enseñaron - pasando tardes mirando como preparaban la cena y la comida - pero sin usar animales :)
(No juzgo a nadie por comerlos, solo que yo escogí otro camino).
Disfruto cocinando y esta es una oportunidad para cuidar de los tuyos, haciendo lo que al final es lo más importante: Alimentarse, porque la comida es la mejor medicina.
COOKING AND EATING WELL
We are what we eat, this was something I started practicing 15 years ago when I came to Barcelona to study. From then on it's been a never ending discovery about cooking everything that my mum and dad showed me - spending afternoons watching how they prepared dinner or lunch - but without using animals :) (I don't judge anyone for eating them, I just chose another path).
I enjoy cooking because it is an opportunity to take care of your beloved ones and the most important: Nourishing because food is the best medicine.

El pasado 6 de Diciembre pasamos a ser 3 en casa ( 5 con nuestras gatas) y nada me hace más feliz que ver a Olivia despertarse con una sonrisa junto a nosotros.
Me inspiré en el inicio de su gran viaje dentro de Raquel para hacer una lámina que espero que todxs mis allegadxs habréis recibido.

Since the past 6th December we are 3 at home (5 with our cats) and nothing else makes me happier than seeing Olivia waking up next to us with a smile.
I was inspired by the beginning of this journey inside of Raquel and made this illustration.
MI PRENDA FAVORITA :)
Me pasé algo más de un año y medio diseñando la colección con Hedof, definiendo las prendas y comisionando hasta que la lanzamos.
Poder producir tan cerca una prenda nueva como el Brick Jumper, hizo que nada más llegar se hiciera mi favorita tanto de este invierno como de la primavera que acaba de llegar :)
MY FAVORITE LASER GARMENT :)
I spent more than a year designing and working every little detail with Hedof. Being able to produce from close such a piece like the Brick Jumper, once I saw it became my favorite for both this past winter and this upcoming spring :)
