1. Is your store still open during COVID-19?
Yes, it is! We reduced the opening hours from 12-14h & 17-20h Monday until Saturday. And our online store is working 24/7 :)
2. Can I expect my delivery as normal?
Due some restrictions and limitations on certain territories, your order could experience some delay but it should arrive. Just be patient :)
3. Are you using any safety measures in deliveries?
Yes, we are taking the mandatory measures while preparing your orders. Our delivery companies also do so, even though we are not responsible for their actions once the parcels leave our headquarters.

5. I wanna place an order to Barcelona. What are the shipping costs?
If you are in Barcelona, you can always pick up your order at our Flag Ship Store for free once you received the confirmation email. Otherwise:

 10. I wanna place an order to other territories not above listed (Overseas). What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over 200€
International shipping up to 0.15 kg - 9€
International shipping up to 0.35 kg - 14€
International shipping up to 0.55kg - 25€
International shipping up to 1.5kg - 35€
International shipping >1.5kg - 45€

11. How do I know my order was placed correctly?

Once you placed the order and we receive it, we will send you a confirmation email. When the order is ready, you'll receive another email with the tracking number to follow it. 
12. What happens if I haven't received the tracking number yet?
Depending on the amount of orders we have, it can take a bit longer for you to get the tracking number. If after a week of placing the order you haven't received it, please contact us. Otherwise just be patient, we are working on it :)

RETURNS

13. I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return it?
Yes, you have 15 working days after reception to return your items. When you decide to return, drop us an email at info@laser-bcn.com to notify us first.
14. Can I return any items?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.
15. What should I take in consideration when returning?
The items should be in perfect unused conditions, in its original package (bag, hangtags and labels).
16. Do I have to cover the return shipping costs?
The shipping costs of the items you wish to return will be paid by the customer. Always keep your shipping receipt and upload it to your Paypal account so it'll be reimbursed by Paypal.

18. What to do once I returned the items?
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returned items and we make sure they are in a good condition. Then you can either decide: If you want to get the exchanged piece in a different size or color or, if you don't want it, receive a voucher with the same amount to use anytime you want :)
19. What if I'm out of the return deadline or my items are not in a good condition once arrive back to Laser?
Laser-bcn.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent outside the set deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer. Laser-bcn.com will not be responsible for returns paid by the customer if they do not reach the store. 
20. A product I received is a defective products. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately via our email info@laser-bcn.com. Once we have received the item, laser-bcn.com will proceed to carefully review the returned product. In the event that the article is defective we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 7 days after receipt of the article on laser-bcn.com. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. In all cases of return by default, shipping costs will be handled by laser-bcn.com. 
This clause expectation for the return of defective products shall be understood without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the arranged in Chapter II, Title V, Book II of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th.
