HACER ESTIRAMIENTOS - Una necesidad muchas veces olvidada
Parte de mi vida es el BMX, estos últimos meses he estado apartado de mi bici por una lesión en la espalda. Ésta dada por el descuido al no estirar ni prestar atención al cuerpo, así que durante estos días estoy siguiendo rutinas de estiramientos/ sesiones de yoga que espero hagan que vuelva a montar tras todo esto. Si sois deportistas y estos días estáis parados, os recomiendo que busquéis alguna rutina de estiramientos! Os irá genial :D
STRETCHING - A long forgotten need
Part of my life is BMX, these last months I haven't been able to practice due my back injure. This happened because I wasn't paying attention to my body and not stretching at all. So these days I am following some stretching routines / yoga sessions that I hope they'll help me be back on track once this is all over. If you practice any sport and these days you are not able to do much, I suggest you do the same! It will be great :)

Os recomiendo este documental producido por red-bull TV, no por que Courage sea mi amigo :P, ni porque en el encontréis los mejores trucos del BMX. Quizás en eso reside la magia de esta pieza, donde Courage nos cuenta un poco qué ha sido el BMX en su vida y todas las puertas que le ha abierto, entre ellas poder volver a su Nigeria natal a grabar esta pieza y conocer a los pocos que practican este deporte en ella para establecer un bonito vínculo. WATCH "Encouraged"
I recommend you this documentary produced by Red Bull TV, not because Courage is my friend :P or because you might see the best BMX tricks. Maybe that's where the magic of this piece is, where Courage explains us a bit of what BMX was for him in his life and all the doors that were opened for him, such as being able to be back to Nigeria to record this piece and get to know the ones who practice this sport and establish a really beautiful bond. PONER ORDEN - (fotográfico)
En mi caso, este se traslada a la fotografía ya que soy un desastre y nunca había ordenado los negativos que he ido disparando los últimos años. Qué mejor ocasión que esta para poner un poco de orden a más de 300 rollos y por un instante salir de las paredes de mi casa y trasladarme a los momentos que me muestran estas mientras las ordeno. (En mi caso han sido los negativos, pero seguro que todos vosotros tenéis algo en lo que siempre habéis querido poner orden).
PUTTING ORDER - (photographic)
In my case this has to do with photography because I'm a mess and I never put any oder in my negatives that I've been shooting for the past years. What a better occasion that this one to put in order more than 300 film rolls and for a second, travel outside the walls of my house and be where the pictures were shot. (In my case are the negatives but I'm sure you can all find something you always wanted to put order on).

La era digital está acabando con el romanticismo de ver las fotos impresas sobre papel. Podemos aprovechar estos días para juntar algunas de nuestras capturas preferidas y recopilarlas en un álbum. Saal Digital contactó conmigo hace poco para ofrecerme probar uno de sus productos, la verdad que ha quedado muy guay y ha sido toda una experiencia pensar cómo maquetarlo :). MAKE AN ALBUM WITH YOUR PICTURES
The digital era is killing the romanticism of seeing pictures on paper. We can use these days to get together some of you favorite captures and put make an album with them. Saal Digital contacted me a while back to offer me and try their products and I'm really happy with the result. Una de mis debilidades son las Airmax, las cuales me recuerdan a mi adolescencia y los más pintas del barrio siempre con el último modelo a juego con su chandal. Estos también son buenos días para dedicarles un ratito y dejarlas como salidas del lavado de coches.

One of my weaknesses are Airmax, which they remind me to my teenage years and the most funny looking guys around the hood with their latest model and the matching track suit. These are also good times for taking some good cae of them and making them look like they just came out of the carwash.
MI PRENDA FAVORITA :)
Creo que el OG DIY Hoodie es la prenda que más me he puesto en los últimos meses sin duda. La simplicidad de esta, hace que vaya bien con todo. A su misma vez la calidad del algodón orgánico del cual se compone, es brutal. Te da la sensación de estar arropado en tu cama.

I think it is the OG DIY Hoodie, the piece I've worn the most during the past months for sure. The simplicity of it make it match with everything and at the same time the quality of the organic cotton is amazingly soft, like the feeling of being tucked in your bed.
